Our Team

My team and I try to work in a coordinated manner, and for this we meet regularly. We usually book one of the rooms in the library - it's quiet, calm and convenient to discuss work issues. It has become something like our headquarters: every time we gather there, you feel that everything is serious.

At meetings, we discuss what stage the project is at, what has already been done, what needs to be improved. Our producer takes on the organizational part: he distributes tasks, makes sure that everyone understands what and how to do next.

Such meetings are very helpful - when everyone is in one place, it is much easier to find a common vision and get inspired. And it is simply nice to work when there is a team nearby with whom you are on the same wavelength.
